Victor Gregorio
Victor Gregorio is Principal AI Advisor at UNCARVEDBLOCKS, an independent AI advisory practice he founded to help professional services firms adopt AI safely, with their duties to clients in mind. He brings 25 years in enterprise technology, building high-performance computing and AI platforms. Most recently, he was Director of AI Solution Innovation at SUSE, and before that Vice President of Software Engineering at Penguin Computing.
The name
Why "uncarved block"?
The name comes from pu, a Taoist idea: the uncarved block, raw material before anyone has decided what it should become.
Most firms come to AI already carved. They've picked up assumptions from vendors, headlines, or a colleague's experience, often without noticing. We start before that, with no product to sell and no answer decided in advance.
We look at your firm first and the tools second.
